2001-Present: Manager - Image Library, Senior Imagery Analyst
Pacific Aerial Surveys, Oakland, CA- a division of HJW GeoSpatial, Inc.

  • Responsible for over 1 million aerial images for historical site studies, sales, exhibitions and presentations.
  • Provides imagery interpretation and expert testimony for clients in environmental, real estate and legal professions.
  • Develops, tests and markets new imagery products.

1998-2001: Production Supervisor
HJW Federal, Oakland, CA a division of HJW GeoSpatial, Inc.

  • Responsible for all aspects of production to fulfill NIMA OMNIBUS contract by utilizing Socet Set Digital Photogrammetric Workstation.
  • Evaluate project source packages provided by the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) in order to submit bids, create production schedule, evaluate collection strategies, and outline areas of responsibilities for production team.
  • Process and evaluate DPPDB imagery to determine if collection requirements are satisfied.
  • Recruit candidates from various military and civilian sources for potential team members, interviewing and testing all candidates for qualifications.
  • Conduct quality control on completed work assignments to insure compliance of Military Specification, and evaluate work performance of production team.
  • Responsible for all classified materials ensuring proper control and accountability as Assistant Facility Security Officer (FSO).

1995-1998: Senior Imagery Analyst
Military Capabilities Branch, National Ground Intelligence Center Washington, DC

  • Specialist on the former Soviet Union and responsible for exploitation of imagery in direct support of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Modernized Integrated DataBase (MIDB).
  • Conducted research, compiled, and evaluated all-source information to produce time sensitive intelligence reports in response to national level requirements, utilizing soft and hard copy formats.
  • Performed assigned tasks using NDS, ALE, MIDB, IDEX-II, DIEPS, ODS, IPA, and 5-D.
  • Trained and mentored new Imagery Analysts on systems, standard operating procedures, and techniques used to accomplish mission.

1994-1995 Imagery Analyst
A-Co 532nd MI BN, 501st MI BDE, Yongson, Korea

  • Provided accurate and timely imagery analysis of military forces, ground order of battle, infrastructure, and lines of communication of North Korean Forces.
  • Provided support for special projects to the Joint Security Area (JSA), Panmunjon, Korea, and The National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC).
  • Prepared daily analytical reports from imagery for the United States Forces Korea (USFK) J2 Ground Analyst Section.
  • Directly supported and assisted in briefing the Commander of United States Forces Korea.
