As Director of Business Development, Susan works primarily with private sector engineers and surveyors. Her responsibilities include facilitation of teaming opportunities between HJW and client firms, strategic marketing, client relations development and implementation of process improvement through customer feedback loops. She possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, sound business ethics, and support for our clients’ professional organizations.

Susan has nine years of experience in Business Development and Marketing. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in both her B.S. and MBA programs. Her background in Urban Planning / GIS provides her with an understanding of how industry market conditions and trends will affect the way our clients do business. Translation of such knowledge has created value added solutions for our clients.
