USGS Digital Orthophoto Quad Program
HJW was selected for Phase II of the National Digital Orthophoto
Program in 1993. HJW Prepared 400 DOQQs meeting National Map Accuracy
Standards for 1:12,000 mapping, with complete approval after client
review. Phase II was designed to prototype the production of DOQQs
by requiring the contractor to utilize only government supplied
materials including DTMs, NAPP 1:40,000 photography, and archived
ground control. Project areas included portions of Washington
State, Oregon and Virginia. |
