Conference
Oakland,
California, February 14, 2006- HJW GeoSpatial will be attending
the International LiDAR Mapping Forum conference in Denver,
Colorado, on February 13th, 2006. LiDAR data acquisition, processing
and terrain modeling procedures are continually being refined
and researched by industry leaders and academic institutions.
As LiDAR technology develops to maturation, it is critical to
bring the user and research communities together to exchange
ideas and experiences.
The International
LIDAR Mapping Forum is the industry group committed to the advancement
of education and knowledge of LIDAR mapping technology and applications.
To further this goal, the ILMF holds its annual meeting that
brings together LIDAR professionals from around the world to
network and learn about the latest technology, issues affecting
LIDAR mapping and future opportunities. This year’s meeting
will address the topics of Aerial LIDAR Mapping, 3D Laser Scanning,
LIDAR Bathymetry, LIDAR Data Processing, and Sensor Fusion.
